European Conference of Presidents of Parliament
Fifty years after the Conference of Presidents of European Parliamentary Assemblies held in Rome in 1975, we are pleased to once again host at the Italian Parliament all our fellow Presidents of the Parliaments of Europe, to renew our shared commitment to strengthening democracy, freedom, and peace across the continent, reaffirming the importance of the role played by representative institutions in modern societies.
