Purpose and legal basis for data processing

Users do not need to provide personal data to use this website, but will need to do so to access certain of its services.

In such cases, pursuant to Decision No. 208/2004 of the Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies, the data and information collected shall be processed with the explicit consent of the data subject and in full compliance with data privacy laws (European Regulation 679/2016).

The data shall be processed for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of their collection.

Users shall be expressly notified whenever their personal data is requested.

Logs

The data collected and recorded in logs shall not be processed, but, pending their subsequent erasure, shall be stored for a time not exceeding the term specified in currently applicable laws on data privacy and crime prevention.
